Wild Caught Fish
When choosing fish I prefer wild caught fish- it is safer to eat, naturally raised and is nutrient dense. Farm raised fish often require antibiotics/pesticides to maintain the environment. Good news, there has been a push to improve the conditions of farm raised fisheries.
