Healthy Switch



I recently swapped butter on my waffles with peanut butter . The peanut butter and maple syrup was also a yummy combo .


One tablespoon of peanut butter has 4 grams of protein while butter has none! Peanut butter also has much less saturated fat and more micronutrients than butter.
