
Conventional or Organic
I often get the question whether we should eat conventional or organic fruits and veggies. I always suggest to buy what you can afford. I also personally try to purchase organic items on EWG's "Dirty Dozen" list (see past post) as these fruits and veggies often contain the most pesticide contamination. Breakfast Scramble
