Easy Balanced Meal

Grains, beans, veggies and avocado is a regular dish in my home.

This is a simple, nutrient dense meal that can become a regular meal in your home as well!

🔸️CARBS: grains like rice or quinoa, veggies have a small amount of carbs but will serve mostly as your fiber source.

🔸️FAT: creamy and healthy fats from avocados.

🔸️PROTEIN: about 7gm of plant based protein per 1/2 cup of beans.
