Quinoa and lentils are handy staple foods to have in your pantry. They each are versatile: Quinoa is great as a side dish or in a salad, and Lentils can be used in stews, soups, and plant based burgers .
They are also a good source of protein, fiber, and various nutrients- and quinoa contains all 9 essential amino acids . Do you eat quinoa or lentils often?
