Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits- always sweet with a bit of tart.


Pineapple is great in it's own, in a smoothie or fresh pressed juice. It is a great source of Vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties. With Love, Tasneem
