Like Earth, our body is made mostly of water and that is why it is important to stay hydrated.

Water is important for our bodies to perform various functions in the body.

Signs of dehydration include dry mouth, lips and skin, dark urine, dizziness, irritability and headaches.

I rarely get headaches, and when I do, 9 times out of ten it is because I have not had enough fluids for the day.

My go-to thirst quencher is water with lemon, and when I have time I like to add grated ginger.
