Chia Seeds

Chia seeds contain a powerhouse of nutrients, and you can literally add it to anything- beverages, cereals, yogurt, baked goods.

2 tablespoons contains 6 grams protein and 10 (TEN!) grams of fiber, it is also a good source of omega-3s, antioxidants and minerals like calcium and iron.
