Avocado Saving Tip

Have you ever had avocados getting ripe faster than you are using them?

Don't fret! You can freeze avocados and save them for when you need them!

When you are ready to use, just allow them to defrost.

The high health fat content in avocados allows them to maintain their creamy texture once they are defrosted.
