Intuitive Eating

Some people may avoid certain foods depending on a fad diet while other people follow a more intuitive approach by going with the flow and listening to what their body needs.

Intuitive Eating combines emotions, instinct and rational thought when we consider our meals.

This means that we recognize the psychological drives and biological roles of food and find a balance.

One person may eat salads and a piece of chocolate everyday for dinner, while another person may eat a burger several times a week- both are OK, as long as there is a balance and your overall health is honored.


We all have our unique diets and meal patterns, and what works for you may not work for someone else.

I support viewing our body as a whole and respecting it in order to be in attunement.
