I love this time of year where I can enjoy holiday festivities with family and friends!
The food is of course the main event! It can be a challenge not to pig out , but here are my tips:
- Take small portions so that you can try a bit of everything.
- Give yourself 10-20 minutes after eating to let your food settle.
- If you are still hungry, go back for seconds of the things you liked the most
(that can be a problem when everything is really good! ).
