Colorful Veggies

I love vegetables!

They are soo good for you (low in calories, high in fiber, many vitamins, mineral, phytonutrients/antioxidants), and they are cheap- especially if purchased frozen--less waste.

Eat a variety of veggies to get the most benefit.

The veggies in this picture were a part of a delish burrito bowl that included beans, quinoa, and guacamole.
