Possible Health Decline In Only 2 Weeks

A new study revealed that two weeks of inactivity/decreased physical activity increases one's risk of muscle mass loss and body fat gain.

These changes in the body can trigger metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

This is why it is important to not only get physical activity daily but to also incorporate physical activity through out your day (like a taking a walking break at work or taking the stairs instead the elevator)
