Remix Your Water

Do you find it difficult to drink adequate water each day? Try these tips:

- Add fresh lemon or lime juice to give your water a kick (plus some vitamin C and antioxidants!)

- Add sliced cucumber and mint for a refreshing mix

- Slice some fresh fruit and allow the water to take on the flavors of the fruit

- Make your own iced tea; after all, tea is water with the infused flavors of leaves, herbs, spices, and dried fruit.

- Try a couple of tablespoons of chia seeds for an interesting texture and extra fiber (2 tablespoons have about 9 g of fiber and 6 g or protein).
