My Favorite Green Juice

Juicing is a great way to get in nutrients, especially if it's a challenge to consume enough fruits and veggies. I especially enjoy juicing after a fast to restart my system on a healthy note. 


My one year old likes it too!


This juice has 6 ingredients and should make 16oz of juice.

▫️1-2 green apple (depending on your sweet preference)

▫️1-2 pieces of celery

▫️1 cucumber

▫️2 handfuls of greens (kale, spinach, chard, etc

▫️A handful parsley

▫️1 Lemon
