Pumpkin Season

It is officially pumpkin everything season.

Pumpkin pastries and breads, pumpkin beverages and spices.

Pumpkin itself is a good source of the antioxidant beta carotene (Vitamin A), it is low in calories, and ~3gm of fiber (cooked) per cup. Pumpkin can be used to makes, soups, stews, and baked goods.

Pumpkin seeds (also known as pepitas) are a great source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
