Consume a colorful variety of fresh fruits and veggies to feed your body essential bioflavonoids (the antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables). 


Bioflavonoids (antioxidants) help neutralize the free radicals in our body which may reduce or may help to prevent damage to our cells. 


Increase your intake of these beneficial chemicals by consuming many different fresh fruits and/or vegetables with your meals, or even by drinking smoothies or fresh juice! The more variety the more your body is exposed to different bioflavonoids.
