Smarter Coffee Beverage

Make these small changes to your coffee beverage to cut calories and limit added sugar:

 

- Choose low fat milk or a milk alternative.

- Skip the whipped cream and chocolate/caramel drizzle. 

- Choose a smaller size beverage (is a large really necessary?)

- Buy specialty coffee beverages less often (and save money ).
