Before Your Spinach Goes Bad

When your greens, like spinach, kale, and chard, are no longer crisp and salad worthy,

DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY. Add use them before they go bad by adding them to a soup, a stir fry dish, a smoothie, a stew, or even a pasta sauce. 


Food waste occurs more often than is should, break the cycle with this tip!
