Sorghum is a hearty grain that is not only a good source of fiber, protein, and vitamins/minerals, but also happens to be gluten free which makes it a great alternative for those with Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivity. 

Sorghum can used in salads, as an alternative to rice, and it can even be popped as an alternative to popped corn.
