Seasonings  like fresh ginger, orange zest, cranberry, garlic, grated nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon (canela) sticks, and herbs ( sage, rosemary, mint and thyme) may not only have antioxidant properties, but they are what create the aromas that fill our homes during this joyous time of year!
