7 minute workout

Have you tried the 7-minute workout? I know that we don't always have time to workout, but this 7-minute, 12 workout move series is a great way to get a combination of cardio and weight training when you do not have time to do your regular workout routine, according to researchers at the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Fl. This workout requires no equipment; just you, some space, and determination (because it is not the easiest thing to do for the Average Jo!). Now, although it is called the 7-minutes workout, it is best to do two or three 7-minutes sets in order to get the full benefit of the workout. Now there are no excuses to get that "summer body!"

Strawberry Season

It's Strawberry Season! I don't know about you, but strawberry season is one of my favorite seasons of the year. Growing up in Oxnard, a major strawberry farming town, the overwhelming smell of strawberries would make my mouth water as I would drive around town! Not only can these red and juicy gems satisfy any sweet tooth, strawberries are also an excellent source of vitamin C, antioxidants, and a bit of fiber. So indulge yourself with these sweet treats during their peak season!
